Essential Training for Workplace Safety

Unfortunately, in today’s propensity for violence, the “Active Shooter” has become prevalent. All organizations are extremely concerned and are tasked with enacting protocols that are specific to their environment while using the standard “Run – Hide – Fight” Response promoted by Department of Homeland Security and Law Enforcement.

Proper Authorities identified the issue early on and promoted even more detailed protocols and training that include “Run, Hide, Fight” but also explore the personal issues and considerations of each environment (such as healthcare) and individual responses based on function, obligation (real or principled) and ability.
